An interview with Jim Jimirro about his time as CEO of Walt Disney Home Video, creating the Disney Channel, and taking his own media company, J2 Communications, public. We discuss his purchase of the National Lampoon brand, his love of the Great American Songbook, and his newest endeavor producing musicals off Broadway.   Jim is a voting member of the Oscars and for ten years was a chairman for the Grammys. He lectures on the Great American Songbook at the Beverly Hills Public Library and the 92nd Street Y in NYC.
