58. How Do You Face Your Fears? Get Unstuck, Forget Perfectionism, and Move Forward!

Ep 58 What is your greatest fear? Snakes, heights, losing a loved one, failure, speaking in public or something else? Well, I'm back and facing my fear! I took a few month off and realized that some people were catching up on missed episodes. Fear of perfection had me frozen for a while. Plus, I was migrating my website to Systeme.io, rebranding with new fonts, colors, and a logo and combining websites and FB pages. So, by hiatus, I do not mean I was on a break, but I was busy with a lot of other stuff. I will become more brave with every step forward. If we wait for the brave to come first, the chances are TOO great to stay stuck and frozen. In Season 4, I am focusing on what midlife women are doing to get unstuck and move forward with new dreams, passions, and starting new chapters in their lives.
