from Double Dose of Wellness Podcast · host A&N Holistic Health

Welcome to the very first episode of Double Dose of Wellness for 2026. This week we invite you to pause before pushing forward. Instead of rushing into resolutions or adding more pressure to an already full life, this episode is about looking back on 2025 with compassion and choosing how you want to move forward with intention. This episode is for the woman who feels like she should be further along but knows deep down she’s been doing the best she can. It’s a reminder that you are not behind, you didn’t fail last year, and you don’t need to become someone new to move forward. So grab your tea, get cozy, and let this be your permission to begin the year slowly and intentionally. Journal Questions When you look through your photos from 2025, which moments bring up emotion : joy, gratitude, pride? Who were you at the beginning of 2025 mentally, emotionally, physically and who are you now? What challenges did you move through that required strength, adaptability, or compassion? What habits, boundaries, or perspectives improved even slightly over the year? What are you proud of yourself for that you may not have fully acknowledged?
