🔸 I'm very surprised to go to this place so fast. You can hear my energy shift when I realize the exile. Unburdened! 🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs): The part that keeps me from reaching out! And the one it protects… - solar plexus, feels bottled up - afraid of not being seen, requests being lost - rather be exploring w my self. Holding hands - Age 4 - needs me to explore more, to hold its hand, and to be that person when it’s time to reach out.
