The last episode spoke to what consciousness is. This episode speaks to why, if you want to enjoy life fully, it is important to raise your consciousness. You get to choose your level of consciousness. The default level, for most people, seems to be somewhere between emotional reactivity, especially fear, to a level of acceptance. But you can easily choose higher levels of creativity, love, and joy. You get to choose. CHOICE is key. When you choose to shift FROM thinking continuously and believing in separation TO being in awareness and aliveness, it enables you to also choose what you want to experience in life and who you want to be. Creativity and flow arise out awareness, not thinking. And awareness is the door to the Source of divine beingness, love, peace, joy, and wholeness. As I have pointed out in other episodes, science has recently discovered that consciousness, unity, and evolution are fundamental aspects of the universe. And through awareness and presence (present moment awareness and beingness), you can align the inner you with the universe and its creative power, love, and unity. By so doing, you will change your life immensely and you will participate in creating a whole new world. Learn about me at RaymondPosch.com, and email me at [email protected]. The I Project Immersioneer With the arrival of smartphones and social media, we were told that the world was becoming more connected. But as mental health declines while our digital addictions grow, it's clear that something human has been lost in the shuffle.
