Yes, we are getting deep. We’re going to be covering nutrition, exercise, sleep, and spiritual health, which all play a major factor in the way that we feel and perform, but first let me just tell you why this is an important.Your Call-to-Action:CTA: Write down in a journal how you’ve been feeling at work. We are going to diary for the next month or so. Your goal KPI -- is to raise yourself 5 energy points on a 10-point scale. So if you’re living at a mediocre 4 out of ten, then we’re going to raise you to a 9.If you’re feeling like a sack of crap lit on fire at a 1, we’re going to raise you to a 6 so you can at least be in the position to move on up to vitality.
