59. Being A Great Spotter

Ep.59 If you can bench press 80kg but we load 100kg and I help you for a small percentage of the lift do you grow? Life does not need to be lived alone, yes we all get burned and make fuckups and life is messy, but this goes for all of us and it's what we continue to do moving forward that counts. One of the greatest ways to do that is through spotting those around you in a line of seeing the value that brings to then spot yourself in leadership and actions to invest in other energy sources and environments to see what's possible in your own life. Kinda like paying it forward, but on yourself first and also others around you at the same time. Nothing lifts you up more than helping others but it must be done in an environment you are connected to that allows you to lift yourself as well.
