#59: Don’t Get Mad At Gravity

As this year comes to an end, there’s a lot to reflect on. 2020 has been a wild ride and not in a good way. We didn’t just have to change our plans for this year but literally cancel them completely. On this week’s episode, Nadine and Tarini discuss planning for an upcoming year when the only thing guaranteed about the upcoming year is that there will be a lot of unknown. Whether you’re (trying to) set goals, use the winter solstice new moon to manifest what you want (no judgement), or just generally trying to make sense of what you want to do next, this week’s episode is for you. Tarini and Nadine talk about all of that (yes even their winter solstice rituals) and how they’re feeling about ~going with the flow~ that will be 2021. The last episode of the year is all about looking forward with (cautious) hope and maybe, FINALLY, realizing that the only constant in life is change and the only thing you can control is yourself (even though sometimes you just need to cry it out and it is what it is).
