Welcome back! Today we are joined by wellness guru, Dria Murphy, CEO and founder of Alise Collective, creative brand building company based in New York City. Alise Collective has helped likeminded brands within the wellness, lifestyle, health, and fitness category like Briogeo, The Well, Cynthia Rowley, The Surf Lodge, and Fithouse build successful marketing campaigns and partnership activations. On today's episode, Dria shares the story of how losing a job in her early 20s led to her decision to step out on her own and create her own company. She shares tangible steps on how to become an entrepreneur, some of the struggles she's had along the way, and the qualities she believes it takes to be successful in running your own company. Dria is from California, but she truly exemplifies the hustle of NYC. We chat about her businesses success in The Hamptons specifically and how she maintains a work-life balance both in the city and out of the city.  Dria opens up about what it was like living alone in NYC during the height of the pandemic in 2020 and how she went from constantly being on the go to having nowhere to go.
