#59: I Don't Have Time

Send a textThis week, we are figuring out how to respond to ourselves when we say, “I don’t have time”. Because it’s a lie. Like, we literally are lying to ourselves. And as I say that, I’m like… oooh, that’s harsh. But, I think for us to get past this mindset, we have to hear the hard things. We all get 24 hours in a day. So, we all have time. The difference is in how we USE that time - it starts with mindset and we’re going to talk about that today I would love to connect on social media.
