"I'm a perfectionist!". How many times have you used your perfectionism as an excuse? Raise Your Hand…. Perfectionism can often feel like a strength, a way to accomplish all the things, get rewarded, and avoid the criticism. But it also creates unnecessary stress and anxiety. Am I right?  While hard work and achievement matters, they aren't always what matters most. That's why I chat with my good friend Valerie Rocio, as she shares her struggles with her own perfectionism as an entrepreneur and how she navigates this within her business.
