I’m going to do my best to make it practical, because I know how incredibly hard it is to stay on the wagon.7-day challenge mentioned in the episode:Cut out refined carbohydrates and processed foods completely!Replace with healthy complex carbs that give you more sustained energy (e.g. overnight oats)Eat 7 SERVINGS of fruits and vegetables per day (DON'T SKIP!)Increase EPA / DHA intake by eating food high in omega 3 (salmon)Cut down alcohol + caffeine intake (likely no more than 2 drinks per day).Increase water intake.Don't forget to record how you feel on a daily basis (scale of 1-10).
