Based on a true story, it centers around Tommy Wiseau (portrayed by James Franco) and Greg Sestero (portrayed by Dave Franco), two aspiring actors that meet in acting class. Tommy, a mysterious man with deep pockets, offers to take Greg to L.A. to pursue their dreams. After failing to get roles in Hollywood, Tommy decides to make his own film and cast him and Greg as the stars. What could possibly go wrong? Caution: movie spoilers. Intro- 0 to 2:21.
