Governments struggle to deal with the new influx in populations, extremist groups plot to bring back 'normality', and criminals take advantage of the crisis for their own gains. Both Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes struggle with their identities in this new era, whilst the US Government strive to bring order with a new Captain America!
