59 The First Day of the Week

This is message 59 in Gospel Record of John John 20:1-18 What appears to be defeat, silence, and unanswered sorrow is often the very place where God has already begun His greatest work. Long before His followers understood what was happening, God had already secured the victory over death and accomplished everything He had promised. The risen Christ meets grieving hearts with hope, confused hearts with truth, and devoted hearts with His presence. The resurrection reminds us that God is always working ahead of our fears, our questions, and our understanding, and that one word from the living Saviour can turn despair into worship and sorrow into joyful obedience.
