#59 - The Invisible Truth

This one is a little different from my usual.... the title may, or may not, reveal its content. I recorded this while thinking about life in the wee hours of the morning, and how sometimes we can fall back into the old patterns of the past... that create emotions we don't want to feel.  Emotions are not always truth.... they often come from the stories we tell ourselves. While my hope is that we can all begin to know our true selves more, love ourselves, make peace with the past, and live in the present (and look forward to the future and the unknown possibilities that exist for us), I offer this short personal message for anyone who has slipped into a feeling of being unseen... feeling misunderstood or unnoticed for who you really are.  I offer it because I want each of us to know,.... we are seen.
