I am recently studying a management course and our current topic is that of different management styles. Each style or approach offers different insights, like looking at a crystal from different angles reveals different colors. One such view is a wholistic approach called the systems approach to management. I found this quite interesting because it brought up a dichotomy that becomes apparent in theology.
