Karabo Ntshweng reflects on how an entire culture has quietly disappeared. Growing up, asking neighbours for help was normal... a cup of sugar, a lift, someone to watch your pets. No money, no apps. Just community. Today, when people are stuck, the first thought is often e-hailing, delivery apps, or online communities instead of the neighbour next door. It raises the question: have we stopped relying on our neighbours? And are we still comfortable asking them for help?
