Mom, host, and philanthropist Brooke Burke-Charset talks to me about her journey through motherhood in the entertainment industry. We were at the Red CARpet Safety event at Sony Pictures helping to raise awareness about car seat safety. Brooke is a mom of four kids and was the host of Wild On on the E! Network when she found out she was pregnant with her first child. She tells me how much she learned from her first to her fourth. And that sometimes it truly is a challenge to balance everything. Sometimes she has to miss her kids events for work, something all working moms can relate to. But just being open and having a conversation with them so they know why you have to miss out sometimes, it's the best way to handle it. Brooke is also the CEO of ModernMom.com and a big believer in giving back to the community.
