So, Sky and BT Openreach have STILL not fixed Andy's broadband issues - even after he helped a BT Engineer (did Andy ever mention he used to work for BT!!??) localise the fault to within 100m of his house. Paul does a very good job of calming Andy down and even after he wants to just 'give up' half way through the show, Paully Boy makes him persevere and solider on.
