Mubarak Bashir is the Regional Director at the Greyston Center for Open Hiring. He is introducing Greyston's innovative Open Hiring® model to the Rochester community, to assist local businesses in creating more inclusive workforces and job opportunities for individuals who face barriers to employment. Prior to joining Greyston, Mubarak spent over 11 years at the Urban League of Rochester where he oversaw several Workforce Development Programs.Tina Paradiso, President of Imprintable Solutions Ink, has been learning and evolving as a business owner for the last 8 years. The company is a service that is of service to its community. They uplift company and organizations branding and marketing efforts through printing, promotional products and decorated apparel. The company started a division called Imprinting Lives which works with various organizations to support the community's young people between the ages of 16 and 23 who are disconnected from education, sustainable employment/the trades.
