This week we continue to talk about tips to get out of our own way so we can find what suits us and solve problems naturally. Today I want to talk about the concept of ‘flow.’

In baseball we called it “being in the zone.” Everyone knew what that meant and knew how hard it was to get there and stay there. But when you're in it, everything slows down and comes easy in a game that can often feel impossible.

Today I share some tips from an article that may help you achieve that flow state and I also talk about some of the neuroscience behind flow.

Most importantly, if there is something in your life that comes easy, gives you joy and makes the time fly…it might be the thing that puts you in that ‘flow’ and it’s probably something you should pay close attention to.
