Hour one of Jammin with Juice opens with Carrie & Ben discussing options and remedies for Carrie as she gets over her cold, & the duo shouting out local Juicy Jammers who they ran into out and about expressing their love and interest in the show. Carrie then asks Truth Nation if they are prepared for summer at all, with her having to panic shop for an all-new wardrobe with the heat now on the way. The duo then gets into “Something Juicy” where they speak on the biggest stories of the past 24 hours which included an emergency “I.C.E Out Protest” at a local park in Milwaukee, NFL Hall Of Famer Deion Sanders who has been dealing with an unspecified health condition & the details, along with R. Kelly fighting to get out of jail with his life being in danger due to other inmates threats. The hour then ends with a discussion that started with Bow Wow & his performance of “Like You” which he made with his ex Ciara which caused a stir on social media.
