MLBPipeline.com's Jonathan Mayo and Jim Callis, along with MLB.com's Tim McMaster recap the MLB Draft and weigh in on the biggest winners from the three day event. (:45) Mayo ranked the Pirates at the top of the Draft ratings after they chose four high schoolers on Day 1, led by Texas high school right-hander Shane Baz with the 12th overall pick.
