A strange man drove up to the home and abducted her. Neighbors gave case, her older sister who saw it happen also chased down the street after the man who had taken her little sister.  Getting away the suspect later raped her before strangling her to death with a wire.  Leaving her body to be found later.  21 years later was justice served?
