Then we interviewed Miami Beach Police officer Kevin Millian about his city's decision - for the first time - to hold multiple events on Memorial Day Weekend 2017. Miami Beach's FOP passed a vote of "No Confidence" against "absentee Mayor" Phillip Levine. Millian is the First Vice Chair of the Miami Beach FOP Union.
