8:32am to 8:50am:John Gordner, State Senator (R-17th, Berwick), on using constitutional amendments to get work done, especially the voter ID proposal, updates on the PA budget, other proposed election law/voting changes and Senator Regan’s goal of repealing a low to which he just pleaded guilty. 9:20am: Pat Toomey, US Senator (R-Pa.
