​1)      Poskim say that one praying Selichos alone should omitthe paragraphs that are in Aramaic. But how does that reconcile with our reciting (the 1st) Yekum Purkon alone?[1]  2)      May one carry freely within a fenced-in public park?[2]  3)      I have a Yemenite-style Shofar, enhanced with silver rings. Is it okay to use for Rosh HaShono?[3] 4)      I have a Tehillim that has a Rebbe’s dime laminated into the cover. Is the sefer Muktzah?[4]  5)      In our school lunchroom, the sinks and toilets are below the level of the city sewer line. The wastewater therefore drains into a sewage/ejector pump, which is activated when the tank fills to a certain level.
