Stephanie tells openly about her teens in which she overestimated her appearance, felt insecure and overindulged with alcohol. She is very open about her struggles with eating disorders and tells how Hypnotherapy flipped the script for her. Steph found healing in taking therapy and then got so inspired that she decided to study it in order to help & heal more people. Lotte was lucky to have her first session with her today!
