6. Complexity of Care: Our Afghan Women & Baby Loss Awareness Week

This week we are looking at how midwives can meet the needs of Afghan women, especially in the context of the recent events in Afghanistan. We will consider how midwives can work with women and families to ensure their health, safety and well being. This week is also Baby Loss Awareness week, and we are going to consider the impact of baby loss on the women and families, and also on midwives and their colleagues.
