6. Earth Day

from The Leaflet · host SERC

This April 22nd, 2021 marks Earth Day – an annual event first celebrated in 1970 by environmentalists alike. But it’s not just about conservation awareness, it’s about environmental justice too. To discuss this topic for our third episode of 'Hammock Talks', the Leaflet's editor-in-chief Kiana Kazemi is joined by SERC Earth Week Associate Cecilia Mejia! Hosted by the Student Environmental Resource Center at Cal, edited by Ryan Chien. Be sure to give SERC a follow on Instagram @sercberkeley.
