A study was conducted that consisted of eleven newly diagnosed individuals that discovered a gluten free diet helped improve focus, memory, and verbal fluency. Unfortunately, many people suffer from a gluten allergy but are unaware of it. To name a few, there are other common allergies include casein, which is from dairy products, eggs, peanuts, and soy.
