#6 - Kroyler Gracie Interview
Kroyler Gracie is the grandson of Helio Gracie. As a nephew to Rickson, Relson, Royce, Rorian, and Royler Gracie, Kroyler was raised among some of the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teachers in the world. On this episode of the Charlie Vinch show, we talk about the Gracie Family lineage and values. Kroyler shares what it was like to grow up inside of the Gracie family and experience difficult and detail-oriented training since he was a kid. As an adult, Kroyler learned to adapt his Jiu Jitsu practice into a powerful mindset. On this show, we talk about happiness and how to maintain a positive attitude, even when the world seems to be falling apart. Kroyler Gracie is an incredible teacher and Jiu Jitsu athlete.
