Janene has over 40 years of knowledge in all areas of the mortgage business. Having spent many years on the operations side, Janene has the expertise to analyze a client’s financial situation to determine the best loan product to fit their needs. From the high-net-worth client to the first-time home buyer, Janene provides safe and sound financing solutions. As a mother and grandmother, Janene’s favorite part of her job is helping young people buy their first homes to stay in high-cost areas such as the bay area. Janene is an expert in down payment assistance programs. Janene is NMLS licensed to lend in CA, AZ, NV, and UT. Having grown up in San Jose and lived in Morgan Hill since 1988, Janene is well known in the Bay Area. Janene received the Accredited Mortgage Banker designation in 2006 through the Mortgage Bankers Association. She graduated from the Class of 2009 Leadership Morgan Hill program. Volunteering and giving back to the local community is a passion Janene fulfills primarily through her membership with the Rotary Club of Morgan Hill since 2010. In addition to helping clients find the best financing solutions, mentoring and helping employees meet their career goals motivates and energizes Janene.
