#06 Marrying a stranger When Hina got married the first time, as a modern British Asian, she went down the conventional route of marriage for ‘love’ – seeing arranged marriages as rather old fashioned. However, when the first marriage went wrong Hina was faced with a new proposition on a trip to Lahore with her mother and opened her mind and her heart to a totally new arrangement.
