Definitely entertaining and very informative, not gonna lie though, your commercials can take forever haha. But I suppose they're a necessary evil. Anyway, I've been working out for a solid 2 years. I have my phases of falling out here and there for a few weeks due to school, but I'm working on getting my shit together and being serious all the time. My biggest problem, as with most people I'm sure, is nutrition. I don't eat bad at all, my problem is that I don't eat nearly enough. I usually eat quite clean but I definitely slack in the eating department. In my first year I put on that beginner muscle and went from 165-180 and I have always been quite lean. However I have not been able to really break 180. I'm a 6'2, high metabolism ectomorph and while weight doesn't necessarily matter, I'd like to put a few more inches of muscle on all around. It seems like 200-210 is the sweet spot I'm aiming for. So, since I've beat around the bush, it's time t o get on with my question, afterall, it's the quotation of the day, the damn statement of the day. How do you recommend going into a bulking diet? More specifically, should I ease into upping my caloric intake or is it okay to go from about 1000 calories or less a day to 3500 calories a day over night? I have read articles online but I'd love to hear your take. Thank you very much for reading my question fellas. I really appreciate hearing a response. Good luck with everything and keep up the great work! ——————————————— Podcast Topic: 6 Mistakes to avoid when getting ripped for summer -Not starting your diet early enough -Not having a plan -Not having an exit strategy -Setting unrealistic goals -Not having enough balance -Binging and trying to recover (yo-yo ing) Head on over to www.newyorkmuscleradio.com/summershredded to sign up!
