#6 - Navigating a Surgical Career which balances passion, family & success with Mr Joe Manjaly (ENT Surgeon)

During this week's episode our host Elle is joined by Dr Joseph Manjaly, a consultant ENT surgeon who specialises in ears and hearing implants. He is Clinical Lead for Adult ENT at the Royal National ENT Hospital & University College London Hospitals. He creates a variety of educational content on social media as @earsurgeonjoe and is the author of a number of popular trainee textbooks, including ‘ENT OSCES’ & 'Advanced ENT Training' both published by CRC press. Alongside being a dad to two young children, he plays in a band that entertains at weddings and conferences in his spare time. It's clear to see from his content on social media that he loves what he does!  During today’s episode we discuss the steps he has taken to create this career he loves within healthcare.
