#6 Personalities

In this episode, Chad and Jake talk about personalities! They go over four main personality types that are part of the DISC model. They talk about how these personality types can be better remembered by relating them to birds. Chad and Jake also go over that personality types aren't necessarily permanent, but can change from situation to situation. People change, and so do their personalities!
