6. Rejection Turned into Opportunity
from We@PS Hosted by Publicis Sapient
Anoop Kumar Gupta, Front End Architect on our Experience Technology team, shares his evolution from a computer instructor teaching the next generation, to leading some of the most complex projects internationally. It didn’t come easy for Anoop - in fact, he was rejected by the very same hiring manager who eventually hired him years later. Anoop shares how this experience of rejection actually redirected his ways of working and gave him the insight he needed to improve on his skills. In our Bytes section, we discuss the data-driven case for vacation (or, ‘holiday’), ways we can increase the number of women in tech, and the disciplined pursuit of less.
