6: The Celestine Prophecy: The Longer Now

*Spoiler Alert: The focus will be on the Insights, but some story details revealed!* The Second Insight: The Longer Now In this Episode, I give an overview of the second insight of The Celestine Prophecy - The Longer Now. In this Insight, we learn that in order to move forward, we need to understand the history that brought us to our current situation.  The focus needs to be on the collective mindset over time instead of on just technological advances. When we understand the past, it is easier to place ourselves in the greater context - making us feel like our situation is not isolated. The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield is a fictional book written in 1993. It is about a manuscript found in Peru that outlines 9 Insights to a better version of humanity. The main character goes on a journey to seek out all nine. Over these 9 episodes, I will discuss each of the insights, leaving out most of the storyline so that listeners can still enjoy the excitement of the Celestine Prophecy from the beginning!
