6:Transformation: Creating Lasting Change for Your Awesome Life

from The Everyday Awesome Project · host Polly Mertens & Samantha Pruitt

Transformation is more than just a change; it's about redefining your self-identity and making those small, daily decisions that lead to massive breakthroughs. At the beginning of the new year (January) we blissfully found ourselves surrounded by humans in transformation. We also heard from many of you yearning for the bravery and clarity to take on both body and mind transformation. Hundreds of people like us who can not ignore the deep knowing inside themselves- truth whispers from their soul saying "your real life is waiting on the other side of fear." This episode is Coach Sam & Coach Polly holding each of your hands and walking you through that fear fire.   We share our own personal infernos of transformation, often requiring a burning down of the entire house. But also more simple and digestible ways to generate real life change over the course of time, with strategy and patience. Coach Sam shares her recent grueling,  yet transformative, experience of running another non-stop 100-mile race and how these ultra's reshaped her personal mental limits. Coupled with Coach Polly's insights from this month's 'money energy' course, each one revealing the profound impact that these intentional mindset challenges have upon how we move through our lives. From Coach Polly's sharp pain of her battle with bulimia, to Coach Sam's brutal honestly about her mental and physical break down at age 30, they lay bare the raw truths about how small internal fires ignored, often become unstoppable life threatening wildfires.  We often hear that change is the only constant, but what does it really mean to transform? Getting rid of old stories, bad habits and unhealthy actions are change- but how do you truly generate identity change? How can we create a body, mind and life that is both what you long for and deserve?  In this week's episode your coaches peel back the layers of self-identity and work with you to examine your own personal narratives. The tales and tactics shared underscore that it's not about waiting for rock bottom before rising; it's about noticing life's subtle misalignments and gracefully steering this life towards your true north. This episode is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and its unyielding capacity for reinvention. Join us in the pursuit of an 'awesome life,' a personal journey marked not by the destination, but by authenticity and inner peace that can be found in every step towards your best self.@everydayawesomeproject Link to trailer for movie we reference: Under Pressure on NetflixSend us Fan Mail Follow Coach Polly @getbusythriving and Coach Sam @thesamanthapruitt Instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/everydayawesomeprojectFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/everydayawesomeprojectLinktree for ALL THE THINGS: https://linktr.ee/everydayawesomeprojectWebsite/About Us: https://everydayawesomeproject.com/about-us/
