60,000 Home buyers have backed out of deals!

In case you missed this, Redfin just reported that 60,000 home buyers have backed out of deals in the US since June 2022. If you think this is NOT happening here in Ontario, you are wrong. Although there are no exact numbers posted, many lawyers are reporting dozens of these in each office so its something that you need to be aware. Especially those who had the "sold over asking curse" sign on their lawns. You need to be sure you have a back up plan in place.
