Meet Jens Rencrantz, Head of ICC and Business Owner Integrated Customer Experience at the Swedish Tax Agency, a public organisation with about 10.000 employees and an IT department that consists of 1.200 people. Jens is responsible for integrations and the ICC (Integration Competency Center), a department in the middle of the digitalisation, where they are working towards the goal of being an integrated part of ecosystems where public as well as private stakeholders can communicate and co-operate. Jens also talks about SAFe and other agile methods, pros and cons with large organisations, continuous improvement and shares what might be the "silver bullet" for the Swedish Tax Agency.
