Cian Brennan is the Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Contract Solutions, a company that assists construction subcontractors avoid contractual landmines when it comes to contracts in the resource and construction sector. Cian was on, what he calls, ‘the Dark Side’, which is the Client Side of Construction, for almost two decades. Over this time, he saw hundreds and hundreds of Construction Companies being bullied contractually, losing money and going out of business. In 2019, after becoming deeply concerned with the state of the Industry and having inside knowledge of how the clients manage Contractors, Cian started Quantum Contract Solutions to help Construction Contractors.
