This album is NUTS! Ever since its release, I've been listening exclusively to COWBOY CARTER by Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter herself. This artist doesn't just reinvent her sound- she transforms masterfully & always maintains her own sense of self in the art. Beyoncé is second to NOBODY! Argue with your mother. And the legends agree- we know this thanks to cameos from Dolly P & Mr. Willie Nelson, as well as Linda Martell. I cover every inch of this album in this episode, but I'm sure I'll find more to say about in the future.
