Društvene mreže su danas naš stalni saputnik – izvor zabave, informacija, inspiracije i (ponekad) frustracije. Iako nam omogućavaju povezivanje i kreativnost, istovremeno utiču na našu percepciju stvarnosti, naš fokus, mentalno zdravlje i svakodnevne navike.
