#60 - From Finding to Flow: Why I'm Renaming My Podcast

In this episode, I talk about why I created this podcast, some of the fears I had in doing so - about being vulnerable and sharing my real thoughts, and how overcoming the fear helped me gain more courage to be me.  The doubts still come and go, and I suppose that is part of the process. I also share the ultimate theme that runs through all of these different episodes, and why my intro always starts the same way, and why I end with that same ending each time.  And ultimately, I share what I have discovered about myself from feeling like this personal journey was about "finding" the answers I was looking for, to discovering that those answers are inside... when you start "allowing" yourself to just be... allowing life to flow, without trying to control it.  This led me to a decision to change the name of this podcast.  So this is the final episode under this name, but.. the podcast will not change... just the name.  Change is  a good thing.  Thanks for Listening!I appreciate you taking the time to listen.  If you enjoy it, please follow the show,  and review it.
