ロザンの楽屋というYouTubeで取り上げていたネタについて。そんなにガクチカ重要ですか？最初はガクチカのために何かをするのは動機としていいかも知れない。そこから、本当にやりたい事ややって良かったことが見つかるなら。ただ、このバイトが有利とかバイトリーダーがとかはいい加減やめた方がいいと思ってる。バイトリーダーはバイトの数だけ居る。まぁ企業側や教員側にもそこを的確に評価できる能力が必要な時代になったと考えよう。理系の学生にもっと優しい就活を考えて欲しい。
