In dieser Folge spreche ich über eine Dynamik, die ich bei vielen erfolgreichen Frauen sehe: Go-Go-Go-Crash. Eine Nervensystem-Dynamik aus: - starker Leistungsfähigkeit und High Performance (Go-Go-Go) - und plötzlicher Erschöpfung, Leere oder „Abschalten“ (Crash) Viele Gründerinnen und Unternehmerinnen beschreiben: - chronische Erschöpfung trotz Schlaf oder Urlaub - das Gefühl, nie wirklich zu regenerieren - innere Unruhe in Ruhephasen - Funktionsfähigkeit im Außen, aber Leere im Innen Ich erkläre, warum diese Dynamik kein klassisches Burnout ist, sondern eine tiefere Nervensystem-Organisation, die oft sehr früh im Leben entsteht. Wir schauen darauf: warum dein Nervensystem oft nur zwischen Überaktivierung und Zusammenbruch wechselt warum Tools, Coaching und Verständnis allein diese Schleife nicht nachhaltig lösen und warum die „Mitte“ (Regulation im Alltag) vielen Systemen fehlt Diese Folge ist eine Einladung, dein Muster nicht als persönliches Problem zu sehen, sondern als nervensystemische Prägung, die verstanden werden kann.
