Co author of the book " In the Beginning … We Misunderstood" Soden claims to have been told by young-earth creationists that if he did not believe in the literal creation (young Earth and 24-hour days) then he did not “believe the Bible or have the faith of Abraham” He took this to imply that they believed he was not saved.
